I am looking for a freelancer who can help me set up Intercom for my SaaS platform for sales and marketing, customer support and help desk purposes. I have already prepared the necessary content, including FAQs and canned responses and can create more.
I do need specific integrations with Intercom:
1. GTM + GA4
Help in these areas:
- Setup and improve user onboarding
- Setup of email messages for triggers like welcome, free trial expiry, demo request, etc.
