Intercom In-App & Email Automation Setup
Budget: ₹1,250 – ₹2,500 INR
OmniServe is about to switch on a full Product-Led Growth engine and Intercom will sit at the heart of it. My single goal is to boost product adoption, so every workflow you design must nudge users toward that outcome.
Here is the scope I need you to cover:
• Connect OmniServe to Intercom, pass the right user and event data, and set up segments that reflect trial stage, plan, and activity level.
• Build in-app messaging for welcome moments, feature announcements, and step-by-step user guides. Timing, targeting, and copy should all feel native to SaaS best practices.
• Create three email sequences: onboarding (day-by-day guidance through the first two weeks), re-engagement (win-back touches for slipping or inactive accounts), and product updates (bite-sized releases tied back to clear value).
• Configure automation rules, goals, and reporting so I can see which touchpoints move the activation and retention metrics.
• Hand over all message templates, active workflows, and a short loom walkthrough so my team can iterate without touching code.
Acceptance criteria
1. Data and event tracking show green in Intercom’s health check.
2. Each user segment receives the correct first-run, tutorial, and announcement message when tested with dummy accounts.
3. Email sequences send, track opens/clicks, and stop when goals are met.
4. A final dashboard proves lift in activation during the pilot cohort.
You may rely on Intercom’s Series builder, HTML/CSS for email styling, and light API work if needed—no restrictions on tools as long as everything lives inside the Intercom workspace.
I’m ready to give you full workspace access immediately and will respond quickly to copy or logic approvals so we can launch fast.
