# Vue.js UI/UX Designer - Legal Tech Platform (Klavis)

## Project Overview
We're seeking an experienced Vue.js UI/UX designer to implement visual designs and complete user experience flows for **Klavis** (klavis.app, klavis.be), an innovative legal technology platform. This is a high-priority project with tight deadlines requiring efficient execution and attention to detail.

## Scope of Work
You will mostly be responsible for updating existing Vue.js pages/components to add elements, but also for creating **fully functional UI/UX mockups** with dummy data simulation for specific features.

- Dynamic form updates and confirmations

- **Chat/Messaging System**
- Case-related conversation interface for Lawyer-Client communication
- Document upload, persistence, and preview functionality
- Conversation selection and initiation flows

- **Finance Management**
- Invoice generation, viewing, and download interfaces (Lawyer & Client)
- Email invoice functionality
- Invoice storage and retrieval

- **Calendar & Events**
- Event creation, update, and deletion interfaces
- Category management with color coding
- Legal case linkage

- **Email Management**
- Inbox interface design
- Email viewing and reply workflows (individual & group)
- Folder management system
- Provider integration UI

- **Notifications**
- Complete notification UI redesign
- Real-time notification display patterns

- **Dashboard Components**
- Notes creation and display
- Events integration
- Invoice management
- Dashboard integration for automation wizards

- **Cross-Feature Integrations**
- Case view with embedded messaging

- Role-based UI variations (Lawyer, Client, Admin)

## Deliverables
1. **Fully functional Vue.js UX updates or Vue.js mockups** implementing all listed features
2. **Dummy data simulation** to demonstrate complete user flows
3. **Responsive designs** optimized for desktop and mobile (?)
4. **Brief Component documentation** for integration handoff
5. **E2E test-ready implementations** - mockups must be structured to facilitate end-to-end integration testing

## Requirements

### Must Have:
- **Expert-level Vue.js proficiency** (Vue 3 preferred)
- **Strong UI/UX design skills** with portfolio demonstrating complex SaaS applications
- **Experience with legal tech or enterprise software** is a strong plus
- **Ability to work with role-based interfaces** (Lawyer, Client)
- **Fast execution capabilities** - proven track record of meeting tight deadlines
- **Clean, maintainable code** with component reusability
- **Proficiency with modern UI frameworks** (Vuetify, Element Plus, or similar)

### Nice to Have:
- Experience with legal or compliance-focused applications
- Knowledge of GDPR compliance UI patterns
- Familiarity with E2E testing frameworks (Cypress, Playwright)
- French language capability (some content is in French)

## Technical Specifications
