CASE: 1- ISTANBUL investment. ( 3 Flats) Value 530 thousand US dollars. paid 375000 USD stopped paying due to the knowledge at that time project can not be registered for foreigners - Nun Turkish citizens at that area. investment made in 2016-2017... won the case to my favor in 2020... 375000 USD + Interest + lower dues on top. (TURKEY) TO MY PERSONAL NAME.
CASE: 2- 4 x checks taken as a guarantee to comply for projects and have been deposited in 2014 also rejected by the bank for insufficient funds and passed the criminal time and i need file for a civil case to claim for them. (QATAR) (CHECKS DRAFTED TO THE COMPANY I AM A PARTNER).
CASE 3: DUBAI BASED COMPANY, HAVE AN AGREEMENT SIGNED WITH THEM IN 2015 TO REPRESENT THEM IN QATAR AND ANY BUINESS I GIVE THEM, 20% FROM THE TOTAL IS FOR MY COMPANY WHICH I AM A 49% PARTNER IN.
HALF WAS PAID OF THE PROJECT VALUE, COMISSION WAS DOWN GRADED, THEY ARE PAID BY THE CLIENT 98% ALMOST, TRANSFERED FROM THEIR COMPANY ACCOUNT TO OUR COMPANY ACCOUNT 2 INSTALLMENTS AND DTOPED COMPLEATELY THEY OW US 550,000 UAE OR QATARI RIYALS.
4th CASE: DAMAC QATAR & DUBAI INNESTMENTS:
1x STUDIO IN PARAMOUNT TOWER BUSINESS BAY DUBAI IN 66TH FLOOR
1x VILLA IN DAMAC HILLS - ODORA
1x DUBLIX HOUSE IN DAMAC HILLS -AVINCYA
PAID 300,000 USD AND THEY CONFISCATED ALL DUE TO LACK OF PAYING - MANY REASONS
I have purchased 3x flats in Istanbul in 2016/2017 and the contract condition is with break clause of 15% deductible from the full amount in case any breaches the contract from the full amount and the remaining to be returned in US dollars as paid by me(the investor), also to be entitled for the deed as soon as its ready and i cumulated the amount, contractor have 6 months for any delay and after words in case of further delay, developer pays the municipality and the rental amount., the flats at this block C of my purchases was commercial and residential usage, I purchased at floor 12, 1x bedroom, 1x bedroom, 1x studio flat.
As a Jordanian national, I am considered a foreign investor. I have paid my installments up to 3 quarters of the amount, 375,000 USD from 520,000 USD, I stopped due to a call from a real-estate consultant informing me that the property, I invested in, can’t be registered to any foreigner due to some military forest nearby and the airport and can only be registered and sold to Turkish citizens.
I have stopped my installments and filed a case at the consumer’s court as advised by the lawyer and they put a restrain on the 3 flats up to the court day which the court have ruled on my behalf for them to pay me 375,000 USD, this was on some ware in early 2019, the investor have put a matching amount in Turkish lira to go for higher court and up to now, there is no court set since almost a year now.... which as claimed that if the court accepted this time their claim, it will not affect us but due to some specifics in the papers??? they will allow a re trial which is inevitably going to be lost by the investor to our benefit and also the amount will increase due to the interest and many other reasons...
The issue here, that the case is running super slow, the investor has used the flats or sold it as i found out when I went to Istanbul on august of 2021.
I tried to convince the lawyer several times to file a petition and make a criminal case against them, also make a complaint of using the held flats under the dispute.
The lawyer said he was informed (The INVISTOR) to his residence in Istanbul to call hem by general prosecution of Istanbul but no news yet, and no news at all regarding the court date.
Also claims that nothing can be accepted until this court is finalized. things are moving very slow.
Hence: we have tried several times to level up with them and find a logical solution and for 4 times, they say something and do other to get us a way from any fare deal...
I WANT A STRONG EXPERIANCED LAYWER TO TAKE THE CASE TO ANOTHER LEVEL AND PUT A CLOSURE TO IT
