Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have already completed the prior-art search and drafted a full specification for a new hardware-and-software technology. Now I need a registered patent attorney or patent agent to take that draft, polish any formatting details that the office requires, and handle the actual filing with the relevant authorities.
Primary scope
• Lodge the application with IP Australia as my priority jurisdiction.
• Immediately extend protection globally (most likely via a PCT route) so I can later enter key national phases without losing priority.
What I will provide
– Finalised specification, claims, drawings, and inventorship details.
– Signed forms and power of attorney as soon as you advise what the offices need.
What I expect from you
– Confirmation that the documents meet IP Australia’s formalities.
– Preparation and electronic submission of all filing forms and fees.
– Official filing receipts and application numbers for both the Australian filing and the PCT submission.
– A brief hand-over memo outlining next deadlines for ISA search, publication, and national phase entry.
