Worldwide Eyewear Patent Infringement Search
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m finalizing a new, simple frame concept for both sunglasses and prescription glasses. The design achieves the same end-goal as Peeq’s reversible sunglasses but relies on a completely different mechanism. Before I move any further, I need a meticulous, worldwide patent search focused on one thing: spotting any existing patents that my concept might infringe.
Here’s what I expect from you:
• Search all major databases—USPTO, EPO, WIPO, plus key national offices where relevant—and dig into both utility and design patents.
• Benchmark every close hit against my drawings and written description (I’ll supply these under NDA).
• Deliver a concise report that lists the potentially conflicting patents, highlights the specific claims of concern, and offers an overall infringement risk assessment with recommendations on how to proceed.
I do not have prior patents filed on this, only my unpublished design documentation, so your comparison will start with a clean internal reference set.
If you have experience with eyewear or other consumer-product frame patents, even better. I’m looking to move quickly once the NDA is in place.
