US Utility Patent Review
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I already hold a provisional filing with the USPTO and have completed a full draft of the corresponding utility application. Before I submit it, I need a US-licensed patent attorney to conduct a legal-level review of three elements—claims, drawings, and the specification—looking especially at the clarity, consistency, and correctness of patent language and terminology.
Here is what I expect:
• A red-lined or annotated version of the draft showing every recommended edit to the claims, drawings legends, and body text.
• A brief memo (or marked-up PDF) that explains the rationale behind each substantive change, particularly where patent-specific wording or statute compliance is involved.
• A review of a final “ready-to-file” clean version once revisions are accepted.
Right now, I am not asking for filing services; this engagement ends once I have a polished application that meets USPTO standards and accurately protects the inventive concepts, but this can change. If you are actively registered with the USPTO and have experience refining utility applications that originated as provisionals, I would love to work with you.
