Budget: $30 – $250 USD
My design patent application is fully drafted and all drawings are complete, but it has not yet been reviewed or filed. I now need a USPTO-registered patent agent to take it across the finish line.
Here is where the project stands: the specification, claim language, and formal illustrations are in place, yet they have had no professional compliance check. Your role is to perform a thorough review, suggest any wording or formatting corrections necessary for 35 U.S.C. and CFR conformity, and then handle the electronic submission through Patent Center/EFS-Web under your registration.
Deliverables I will be looking for:
• Detailed feedback memo or tracked-changes version of the application showing every recommended adjustment.
• Final, USPTO-ready PDF set (specification, claim, drawings, ADS, oath/decl).
• Confirmation of successful filing with the official receipt and application number.
