USPTO Class 41 Trademark Filing

Job ID: 40398427

Budget: $750 – $1,000 USD

I am seeking a U.S.-licensed trademark attorney to assist with a federal trademark filing for an original brand/book/course ecosystem.

My initial focus is Class 41 for educational services, but I need guidance on whether any additional classes should be considered now or later.

Scope of work:
1. Review the proposed mark and intended use.
2. Conduct a trademark clearance search and risk review, including exact and confusingly similar marks.
3. Advise on appropriate United States Trademark Office class strategy.
4. Prepare the trademark application.
5. File or guide the filing of the application.
6. Advise on identification of services and specimen requirements.
7. Explain the expected timeline, government filing fees, attorney/professional fees, and possible next steps.
8. Explain what happens if the United States Patent and Trademark Office issues an Office Action.

Please clearly include in your proposal:
- Whether you are a U.S.-licensed attorney
- Your state of licensure
- Confirmation that you are active and in good standing
- Your experience with United States Patent and Trademark Office trademark applications
- Your process for conducting a clearance search and risk review before filing
- What is included in your fee
- Whether government filing fees are included or separate
- Estimated total cost for one class and two classes
- Whether Office Action responses are included or billed separately
- Whether you have experience with trademarks connected to books, courses, educational services, digital materials, or brand ecosystems
- Any public trademark matters you handled, if available, such as serial numbers or registration numbers where you were attorney of record or filing professional

My target budget is approximately $1,000 total or as close to that as realistically possible.

I am looking for thoughtful guidance, clean filing strategy, careful communication, and transparent pricing. I do not want vague pricing or surprise fees after hiring.
