USA photography contract

I’m a photographer, and I’m seeking a straightforward, contract template for use when a company hires me to take photos of their employees and business. This contract should ensure the following:
1. Permission to Photograph: Employees sign the contract agreeing that I have their permission to take their pictures during the photo shoot.
2. Company’s Usage Rights: The company will have the right to use any high-quality, edited photos that I provide from the shoot for whatever purposes they need.
3. Photographer’s Rights to Raw Photos: I retain full ownership of all raw, unedited photos taken during the shoot.
4. Photographer’s Rights to Edited Photos: While the company can use the edited photos however they like, I also retain the right to share these edited photos on my social media, website, and portfolio.
This contract should clearly outline these points to ensure there is no confusion about the rights and permissions for both parties.
