Texas Software IP Contingency Lawyer

I hold three fully registered software copyrights—backend code, frontend source, and a companion mobile-app repository—that are being used without permission. All registrations within the 90-day publishing timeline; so statutory damages and fee shifting are on the table.

I need counsel admitted in Texas federal court who is comfortable taking the matter on a contingency basis. The immediate objective is to file suit for copyright infringement, and negotiate the strongest monetary recovery possible. I already have the dated Git history, HAR records, third-party time-stamped video records and other code-comparison analysis.

The case is wilful (legal notices already sent from India - defendant denied and asked for evidence, once given, went silent)
Defendant has deep pockets, has raised funding couple of weeks ago (in his personal-other company but he is personally liable under IP Infringement - Tort; as well as TUFTA)

Since the defendant recently acquired funding (after we threatened litigation) - this must be quick settlement even before going to court.
