Seeking Experienced U.S. Patent Agent for Filing 8 Patent Applications
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
We are seeking a skilled Patent Agent to provide comprehensive patent services, including patent search, drafting, and prosecution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of intellectual property law and experience in handling various types of patents, particularly in technology-related fields. Your role will involve working closely with inventors to ensure their innovative ideas are adequately protected and navigating the complexities of the USPTO patent system. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
Project Details:
• We need assistance with filing 8 patent applications, including 4 critical ones, with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). The inventions pertain to cutting-edge commercial technology solutions.
• Process: Start with Provisional Patent Applications to establish priority dates, followed by Non-Provisional Applications within 12 months.
• Requirements: The agent must ensure full compliance with USPTO regulations, handle all necessary documentation (including NDA compliance), and coordinate remotely with an international client. No technical details will be disclosed publicly; all work will be conducted under a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement. Experience with alternative payment methods (e.g., PayPal) due to location constraints is a plus.
