We are looking for an experienced US patent researcher (preferably with prior USPTO or IP law experience) to conduct a thorough provisional patent search for a new project.

Our goal is to determine whether any similar provisional or non-provisional patents have already been filed in the United States that may conflict with our concept. We want to ensure novelty before proceeding with our own provisional filing.

Scope of Work:

Conducting an in-depth search of:

USPTO Non-Provisional Patents

USPTO Published Applications

WIPO/PCT filings (for overlapping international disclosures)

Relevant prior art (if available)

Identifying any documents that:

Match or closely resemble our invention

Could impact our ability to file

May require design or claim adjustments

Providing a detailed report that includes:

Patent numbers

Filing dates

Abstracts

Links to original documents

Similarity assessment

Overall risk level (low, medium, high)
