Patent Drafting & Filing Support for Hair Product Innovation (India)

**Project Description:**
I am looking for an experienced patent professional (Patent Agent / IP Lawyer / Technical Drafting Expert) to assist with drafting and filing a patent application in India for a hair care product innovation.

The invention is related to a **hair product (cosmetic category)** and may involve a unique formulation/process. Full details will be shared after NDA or initial discussion.

**Scope of Work:**

* Conduct a basic prior art / patentability check (India + global)
* Suggest whether the idea is patentable or not
* Draft a **Provisional OR Complete Patent Specification** (based on discussion)
* Prepare claims, abstract, and description properly
* Assist with filing on the official IP India portal
* Provide guidance on next steps (examination, objections, etc.)

**Deliverables:**

* Patent draft document (Word + PDF)
* Filing-ready documents (Form 1, Form 2, etc.)
* Filing guidance or complete filing support

**Requirements:**

* Experience in **cosmetics / chemical / formulation patents preferred**
* Must have prior patent drafting experience (please share samples if possible)
* Knowledge of Indian patent filing process (IP India)

**Budget:**

* Looking for a cost-effective solution (₹5,000 initial budget)
* Open to milestone-based payment (draft + final submission)

**Timeline:**

* 2–3 days for initial draft

**Additional Notes:**

* I am in early stage, so looking for long-term collaboration if work is good
* Prefer someone who can also support later stages (examination reply, etc.)
