Patent Application Correspondence Management - Ireland
Budget: $100 – $500 USD
I filed 2 Irish Patent Application in the Fintech Field. Both applications have passed the administrative defects process and have progressed to the patent examination stage for technical and/or substantive examination.
I propose a cap on total billing of USD500 for both applications (same invention, same country, single filing). You may bill me USD75 per communication report, to be charged each time you receive an official communication from the IPOI.
I request a simple correspondence‑forwarding service without engagement:
• Forward to me any communications received from the IPOI regarding the above applications.
• Forward to the IPOI any replies I provide in response to those communications.
• I will pay any official fees directly or through you.
• Any original document will be sent to me at the same rate plus shipping costs.
If you are a registered attorney with the IPOI the only document need to be submitted is the Form5.
If you agree to these terms, please place a bid; I will prioritise the lowest bid.
