NFT IP Protection & Platform Build
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I’m launching an NFT initiative and need a legal scholar who can do more than write opinions—I want you to help me secure the intellectual property and outline the backbone of a small online legal platform that will manage all future matters.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Intellectual-property strategy tailored to NFTs. I’m especially interested in how to structure rights, licensing terms and resale-royalty language so my creative assets stay protected worldwide.
• Practical guidance on “development of a legal platform.” Your job is to translate the IP framework you create into requirements for a simple web tool that lets me track matters, store documents and, above all, run a built-in case-management module.
• Clear documentation. I’ll need a concise memo on the IP approach, plus a technical/functional outline for the platform so a software team can pick it up without re-interpreting the legal logic.
You don’t have to code the site, but you do need to explain exactly how case management should look from a legal-process perspective—fields, flows, permissions, audit trails, the works.
If you’re a credentialed attorney or academic with demonstrable NFT or blockchain IP experience, let’s talk.
