Global Patent Drafting & Granting

I’m assembling a long-term partnership with a patent professional who can guide my portfolio through several jurisdictions. The immediate priority is a German Utility Model: I need clear, end-to-end assistance that finishes with the official grant from the DPMA. Although I’m already past the typical “search / draft / file” menu, I still require a careful review of what’s been prepared so far, any missing formalities, and representation through to allowance.

Once the German matter is safely granted, I’ll roll the same workflow into UK Design, US Design & Utility, and Indian Design applications, so experience juggling multi-country filings under differing formal rules is essential. Familiarity with Espacenet, DEPATISnet, EPO-CMS, USPTO Patent Center, and the UK IPO & Indian IPO portals will be a plus, but what matters most is practical success in securing grants.

Deliverables for this first milestone (German Utility):
• Audit of existing drafts or notes, with recommended changes
• Preparation of final specification, claims, figures, abstracts (German-compliant)
• Filing and prosecution strategy, including all correspondence with DPMA
• Monitoring and responses until the grant certificate is issued
