Freelancer Legal Consultant
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
We are Premas Life Sciences, a company with our own manufacturing and R&D facility. We are looking for an experienced freelance legal professional to help us draft and review various legal documents related to our operations.
Scope of Work:
Drafting agreements such as NDAs, vendor agreements, consultancy agreements, collaboration agreements, and manufacturing contracts.
Reviewing and updating existing agreements (if required).
Advising on contract duration, termination clauses, and payment terms.
Requirements:
Proven experience in corporate law and contract drafting.
Familiarity with Indian laws and regulations, especially related to R&D, manufacturing, and intellectual property.
