Scope of work
• Confirm patentability and advise on any obvious-ness issues based on a quick prior-art scan.
• Turn my confidential materials into a complete provisional specification that meets formatting requirements, including informal drawings if needed.
• Prepare and e-file all required forms and cover sheets.
• Supply the official filing receipt immediately after submission.

Acceptance criteria
• Provisional application successfully filed under my name
• A clean PDF copy of the final specification plus the electronic filing receipt delivered to me.
• Up to two rounds of minor edits before filing, should they be necessary.
