U.S. Attorney Needed – Representation & Settlement for Federal Court TRO Case (E-commerce / IP)

Description:
We are seeking an experienced U.S.-licensed attorney (preferably with IP litigation and e-commerce platform experience) to assist with a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) case filed against our client, a small seller on TEMU (U.S. marketplace).

The case has already been filed in federal court, with a hearing scheduled for next week.

The TRO was filed by a law firm representing a playing card company, alleging intellectual property infringement.

Our immediate goal is to negotiate a reasonable settlement with the opposing counsel prior to the hearing to avoid further litigation and minimize business disruption.

What We Need:

Review TRO and related case filings.

Communicate with opposing counsel on our behalf.

Negotiate settlement terms (monetary and/or product takedown).

Draft and finalize settlement agreement.

(If settlement fails) Provide limited representation/advice for the upcoming hearing.

Requirements:

Must be admitted to practice law in the U.S. (federal court experience preferred).

Experience in IP litigation, e-commerce seller defense, or Amazon/TEMU/TRO cases strongly preferred.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to act quickly — time-sensitive matter.

Deliverables:

Settlement negotiation and written agreement with plaintiff’s counsel.

Guidance on compliance to avoid future claims.

Optional: court representation if needed.
