Federal Court TRO Case Representation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Title:
U.S. Attorney Needed – Representation & Settlement for Federal Court TRO Case (E-commerce / IP)
Description:
We are seeking an experienced U.S.-licensed attorney (preferably with IP litigation and e-commerce platform experience) to assist with a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) case filed against our client, a small seller on TEMU (U.S. marketplace).
The case has already been filed in federal court, with a hearing scheduled for next week.
The TRO was filed by a law firm representing a playing card company, alleging intellectual property infringement.
Our immediate goal is to negotiate a reasonable settlement with the opposing counsel prior to the hearing to avoid further litigation and minimize business disruption.
What We Need:
Review TRO and related case filings.
Communicate with opposing counsel on our behalf.
Negotiate settlement terms (monetary and/or product takedown).
Draft and finalize settlement agreement.
(If settlement fails) Provide limited representation/advice for the upcoming hearing.
Requirements:
Must be admitted to practice law in the U.S. (federal court experience preferred).
Experience in IP litigation, e-commerce seller defense, or Amazon/TEMU/TRO cases strongly preferred.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to act quickly — time-sensitive matter.
Deliverables:
Settlement negotiation and written agreement with plaintiff’s counsel.
Guidance on compliance to avoid future claims.
Optional: court representation if needed.
