U.S. Design Patent Filing
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have an original product concept that I want protected with a United States design patent. Right now it exists only as rough sketches and written notes, so I need someone who can turn those early‐stage materials into a complete, USPTO-ready application.
Here’s what I will hand over: my concept sketches, a brief description of the product’s intended look and purpose, and any clarifications you need along the way. What I expect back is a fully prepared design patent package ready for electronic submission, including professionally rendered drawings that meet USPTO line-weight and shading rules, a clear specification, a formal claim, and guidance through the filing steps.
Deliverables
• USPTO-compliant patent drawings (all required views)
• Draft specification and single design claim
• Completed USPTO forms (including ADS) ready for my e-signature
• Summary of a basic prior-art search with any relevant references
• Step-by-step filing instructions (or direct e-filing if you’re registered to do so)
Acceptance criteria: the application must pass USPTO electronic validation without errors and conform to MPEP design-patent formatting requirements.
