We are a Turkey-based company working long-term with a software service provider in India. The Indian company manages our cloud infrastructure (AWS), handles code updates, and provides database support. All intellectual property belongs to us. They are paid through platforms like Upwork/Fiverr Our site is processing user's data all around the world, data is hosted on international platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
What We Do:
Playpik blends Augmented Reality (AR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to transform photos, physical products, and promotional materials into interactive, immersive experiences.
####For Individual Users – Bring Your Memories to Life
Turn polaroids, magnets, invitations, puzzles, and more into dynamic visual stories.
Upload your own video or generate one using AI.
Simply point the app camera to the image and watch it come to life.
####For Businesses – Let Your Brand Speak Visually
Use a custom admin dashboard to manage your visual assets and videos.
Transform static visuals into AI-powered content to increase customer interaction and engagement.
We would like to request clarification and your recommended workflow for handling the following legal framework. Kindly include:
#### Step 1 – Legal Agreements
Please specify how many agreements you can provide, including:
Master Services Agreement (MSA) – covering IT infrastructure, support, and project scope
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) – with the company and its individual employees
Data Protection & Data Processing Agreement (DPA) – aligned with GDPR and global standards
Service Level Agreement (SLA) – as an annex/schedule to the MSA
Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership Agreement
Statement of Work (SOW) Template – for project-specific tasks (mandatory for platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.)
#### Step 2 – Dispute Resolution / Jurisdiction
We are open to recommendations for:
Ad hoc arbitration
Institutional arbitration through DIAC, SIAC, ICC, or similar
UNCITRAL-based rules, if applicable
Please advise on the best mechanism for enforceability between Turkey and India.
#### Step 3 – Signing & Legal Validity
We plan to use e-signature tools such as Adobe Sign or DocuSign for all agreements.
If necessary, we are open to using Apostille under the Hague Convention to increase enforceability of cross-border documentation.
