Comprehensive Patentability Search Needed
Budget: ₹4,000 – ₹8,000 INR
We are a small team of independent inventors who have developed an innovative hardware solution for the travel and luggage industry. We have a functional prototype and have conducted preliminary internal searches with positive results.
Before we commit significant capital to formal filing, we require a Professional Patentability Search Report to validate our findings and assess the "Non-Obviousness" of our invention.
Scope of Work:
Comprehensive Search: Must cover global databases (PCT/WIPO, USPTO, EPO, DPMA, etc.) in addition to Indian Patent (InPASS) records.
Comparison & Analysis: A detailed report mapping our core features against the claims of any "closely related" prior art found.
Patentability Opinion: A professional assessment of the "probability of success" for a patent grant.
Requirements for Bidders:
Must be a Registered Patent Agent (India) or an experienced Patent Engineer. Please provide your registration number or credentials.
Must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before technical details are shared.
Experience in mechanical/consumer product patents is a plus.
