Brazil Patent Application Annuity & Follow-Up

I have a Brazilian patent application that needs its upcoming annuity paid and its prosecution actively managed. Here is what I need from a registered Brazilian patent agent:

• Deposit the annuity for the year 2026 . I will supply the GURU, boleto or payment reference; you simply process the payment with INPI and send me the official proof—no additional paperwork preparation is required on your side.

Down load all the documents and forward it to me

• Take charge of any office actions or examiner inquiries that arise. Draft the technical responses in Portuguese, file them within the statutory deadlines, and forward me a copy of everything you submit so I can keep my own records.

Routine status reports are unnecessary; just alert me whenever INPI issues something that requires action and confirm once it has been addressed. If this fits your current schedule and credentials, please tell me your registration number and typical turnaround time for filings.

The monetization / commercialization/ Licensing of the technology is an additional welcomed activity but not necessary
