On-Site Hospital Verification -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need someone based in Baku who can physically visit a local hospital on my behalf and confirm the authenticity of documents submitted in an insurance claim. The focus is on two sets of paperwork: the medical treatment records and the related insurance documents held by the hospital.
During the visit you will need to:
• Examine the sections of the medical records that outline prescribed medications and treatment procedures.
• Cross-check those details against the insurance paperwork provided by the claimant.
• Speak briefly with hospital administration to confirm that the records you review are official and unaltered.
Deliverable
A concise, detailed written report (PDF or Word) summarising:
1. The exact documents inspected, including reference numbers or stamps that prove authenticity.
2. Key findings on prescribed medications and treatment procedures.
3. Any discrepancies or red flags worth noting.
4. Date, time, and name of the hospital staff member who assisted you.
Acceptance criteria
The report must be clear enough for an insurance assessor to rely on without further clarification and submitted within 24 hours of the site visit.
A professional attitude, respect for patient confidentiality, and fluency in Azerbaijani will be essential when interacting with hospital staff..
Note- Its site visit to one of the hospital in Baku, if you are present there or you have any vendor than only we can discuss
