Psych NP Insurance Credentialing

I need help completing the full initial credentialing process for a newly hired psychiatric nurse practitioner so we can begin billing both Medicare/Medicaid and the major private insurers without delay. You’ll be responsible for gathering and vetting all required documentation, building or updating the CAQH profile, submitting each payer-specific application, and staying on top of every follow-up request until we have written confirmation that the NP is fully enrolled and active on each panel.

Please outline your typical timeline, the insurers you can comfortably work with, and any past wins credentialing behavioral-health providers. Final deliverables I expect are: 1) a shared tracker showing each insurer, submission date, current status, and next action; and 2) digital copies of every approval letter or participation agreement once they arrive.
