Property Claims Questionnaire Expert Needed
Budget: $200 – $350 USD
I’m seeking a seasoned professional—seven years or more in non-health insurance claims
who can respond to a questionnaire that accompany losses, coverage reviews, and carrier audits and things of that nature.
This is a one-time paid project and does not involve ongoing consulting or producing large volumes of content.
What you’ll actually do:
Answer 20–30 structured questions about your domain
Explain how an expert typically evaluates common situations
Outline “good vs. bad” consumer decisions
Identify misconceptions non-experts usually have
Provide red flags or escalation triggers
Evaluate a few sample general-information answers
Help define what “reasonable, consensus-oriented guidance” looks like in your field
You do not need to give specific professional advice.
You do not need to be licensed (unless your field requires it).
Everything is general informational guidance only.
--Comfortable explaining your reasoning in plain English
--Friendly, clear communication style
--Ability to work asynchronously
When you reply, please highlight the depth of your experience handling property claims—types of losses, years in the field, and any carrier or adjusting platforms you routinely use. No elaborate proposal is necessary; I just need a clear picture of your background.
