We are requiring an underwriter for a SECURITY BOND for our client.
Our Client wishes to borrow a substantial amount from a Lender, and the LENDER requires a SECURITY BOND for this facility as it is NOT A MORTGAGE.
The policy is a SPECIAL TYPE of SECURITY as it must also be posted on the Bloombergs website when it is underwritten by the insurer.
DO YOU KNOW THIS TYPE OF POLICY???
