Insurance Customer Service Representative(Home & Auto)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Prior experience in customer service or sales, ideally within the insurance sector, is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively and build rapport.
Make outbound calls to clients to address their insurance needs.
Explain the purpose of quotes and promptly address client inquiries or concerns.
Collect comprehensive details from clients about their insurance needs, covering preferences, limits, and additional requirements.
Maintain comprehensive records of obtained quotes for easy reference. Follow up with clients as needed to gather outstanding information or clarify details.
Collaborate with insurers and agents to secure personalized quotes for each client.
Proficiency in using CRM systems or similar software for data entry and management.
Knowledge of insurance products, terminology, and industry practices is preferred but not required.
