Development Manager – Insurance Team Lead

I’m expanding a high-performing unit inside a well-known insurance company and need an on-roll Development Manager who can take charge of a compact team of up to five members. Your core focus will be hands-on team management: coaching each rep, setting daily targets, monitoring activity and conversion ratios, and removing roadblocks so they consistently meet our growth objectives.
