VOC Flare Management System Design

We have implemented various control systems for RTO, TO, Vapor Destruction systems with flare control. But below part where we need help has not been touched by us. We like your design to include any modern AI based technology (Thermal radiometric, video camera, sensors or similar) to evaluate & improve performance, efficiency of VOC flares. Help pick best make/models of instruments, sensors, components etc. with logical reasons (we have already spent resources & conclude that SME help should be sought). MWIR is ruled out due to cost.

Response Expectations-
- Expertise in environmental engineering
- Familiarity with local environmental regulations
- Experience in designing monitoring, analytics, and reporting systems for flares performance, efficiency
- Submit now your experience with flare instrumentation, year, efficiency achieved, max flow handled & other similar significant items
- Support various types of flares for different gases/fluids
