Remote Honeywell Experion DCS Engineer | Industrial Automation & OT Systems

We are hiring a Remote Honeywell Experion DCS Engineer with strong experience in industrial automation, control systems, and OT infrastructure. This is a 100% remote project focused on Honeywell‑based control systems.

Project Scope

Configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of Honeywell Experion DCS
Hands-on work with Honeywell controllers and HMI (C300, C300PM, UOC, HBM)
Support and troubleshooting of PLC systems (Allen‑Bradley, Honeywell ML, HC900)
SCADA integration using Wonderware, Ignition, WinCC, ClearSCADA, or GE iFIX
Honeywell Alarm Management and Honeywell PHD Historian
Control loop tuning and basic advanced control (PID)
Remote support for FAT/SAT, upgrades, migrations, and commissioning

Required Skills

Strong proven experience with Honeywell Experion DCS (mandatory)
Industrial automation and control systems engineering
Industrial networking fundamentals (Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP/RTU, OPC UA, VLANs)
OT cybersecurity fundamentals (ISA/IEC 62443, firewalls, secure remote access)
Ability to read and interpret P&IDs
Experience working fully remote with industrial systems

Nice to Have

Honeywell Safety Manager / SIS
VMware ESXi, vCenter, or Hyper‑V
ISA100 or WirelessHART
OT security certifications (GCISP, GCIH, or similar)
