Instrument Docs & Junction Box
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
This is a brand-new Oil & Gas package, and I need the full set of instrumentation documents generated from the latest P&IDs and control narrative. The scope is limited to the items below; everything will be created from scratch, nothing needs to be updated or modified.
Deliverables
• Instrument Index – Excel format, tagged exactly as on the P&IDs, with service description, measurement type, loop numbers, and critical process data fields populated.
• I/O List – Excel, ready to drop into the DCS database, showing card type, channel assignment, signal range, and redundancy requirement.
• Instrument Datasheets – Individual datasheets for each instrument large enough to require vendor RFQs; follow ISA template and include process conditions, material, accuracy, hazardous-area classification, and any SIL data.
• Junction Box Design – AutoCAD DWG showing terminal layout, cable schedules, gland plate orientation, and spare capacity; include a separate wiring diagram sheet.
Acceptance criteria
• All tag numbers reconcile 100 % with the latest P&ID revision.
• Excel files are free of broken references and filterable by any column.
• Datasheets meet ISA and company format; ready to email to vendors without additional editing.
• AutoCAD drawings open in 2018 or later with no missing fonts or xrefs.
• One round of comments incorporated within 48 hours of receipt.
Native use of Excel and AutoCAD is essential, and familiarity with ISA S20/S5 symbols will keep everything consistent with our existing documentation set. I’ll supply PDFs of the P&IDs and the control philosophy as soon as we start; everything else should be built from there.
