GC Detector Repair & Demo

My lab’s gas chromatograph has developed a hardware-related fault that is throwing off every run. I need a professional who can come on-site, pin-point the damaged hardware, carry out the necessary repair or replacement, and then demonstrate the instrument’s restored performance.

Scope of work
• Perform a full diagnostic to locate the exact piece of damaged hardware.
• Complete the physical repair, calibration and leak checks.
• Run validation samples to prove repeatability and accuracy.
• Walk me through the workflow so I can see, step-by-step, that the unit is back to spec.

Deliverables
1. Written service report outlining fault, corrective action and parts used.
2. Validated chromatograms confirming the fix.
3. A short, live demonstration (in person or via video call) within a month of project start.

The system is a standard bench-top GC with integrated autosampler and data station, so familiarity with common detectors, injectors and columns is important. Plan for completion is within the next four weeks. If you have a proven track record servicing GC hardware, I’m ready to schedule the job.
