I neeed an e-learning designer for my creative short courses

I am looking for an instructional designer / course designer with experience creating online courses, esp. within arts training and/or academic research to help me develop 2 short e-courses. I have created and taught workshops online + in person in universities/arts colleges. I am looking to transition some of this to my online activities. I need support to create the right feel and use of course structures and resources. My learning platform is on Podia. The courses lie somewhere between creative development, project training, and research. I aim to keep it simple (tasks and lessons, some videos, audios, slides, workbook) and with an unusual feel: The courses I run are aimed at an international set of artists and writers. They are not conventional courses and carry my identity as a creator. I need someone with an imaginative and organised way of thinking and working, a good sense of design and who will enjoy getting involved and shaping these with me.
