I need an E-learning designer to help create short creative courses

I am looking for an instructional designer / course designer with experience creating online courses, esp. within arts training and/or academic research to help me develop 2 short e-courses. I have created and taught workshops online + in person in universities/arts colleges. I am looking to transition some of this to my online activities and grow it over time. I need support to create the right course structure and resources. My learning platform is on Podia. The courses lie somewhere between creative development, project training, and research. Someone with an imaginative way of thinking and working is a real plus. It is not a conventional course and carries my identity as a creator.
