eLearning Storyboarding

I need to get a set of storyboards created for eLearning (Articulate Storyline). I have all source content available so research is not required. All the storyboards that need to be created are around 15-20 minutes each. The course overview, learning objectives, and outline have already been created. These storyboards need to be created in PowerPoint with visuals.
