eLearning Instructional Design Collaboration
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
We’re looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to create engaging eLearning content in collaboration with SMEs, designers, and developers. You’ll be responsible for developing storyboards, building interactive modules, and supporting multimedia content (including video and AI voiceovers). Most of the work (~90%) will focus on eLearning using tools like Articulate Rise.
What you’ll do:
- Create instructional storyboards based on SME inputs
- Develop interactive eLearning modules (Articulate Rise)
- Produce video content and AI voiceovers
- Review and refine content based on feedback
- Manage timelines and communicate proactively
Requirements:
- 5+ years of instructional design experience
- Strong knowledge of ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and adult learning principles
-Proficiency in Articulate Rise (Storyline is a plus)
- Experience with SCORM/xAPI
- Able to work UK or US time zones
