• Setting up the blog on a CMS like WordPress, including integration with the existing site, plugin installation (e.g., for SEO and analytics), and custom design with soccer-themed elements
• Creating a 3-6 month content calendar with 10-20 initial post ideas, focusing on topics like training drills, college recruitment guides, success stories, nutrition, mental conditioning, and injury prevention
• Producing high-quality, SEO-optimized content (800-1500 words per post) with multimedia elements such as images, videos, infographics, and CTAs linking to our services
• Implementing promotion strategies, including social media integration, email newsletters, and backlink building for organic growth
• Establishing sustainability measures like a consistent posting schedule (1-2 posts/week), performance tracking with tools like Google Analytics, and plans for repurposing content and community engagement

Ideal skills and experience:

• Expertise in WordPress or similar CMS, including SEO best practices (e.g., Yoast, keyword research)
• Strong writing skills with experience in creating engaging, multimedia-rich content for youth sports audiences
• Knowledge of soccer training methodologies, player development, and college recruitment processes
• Experience in digital marketing, including content calendars, analytics, and lead generation through blogs
• Ability to work collaboratively, providing templates, guides, and ongoing recommendations for long-term sustainability
