Overview:
I am looking for a highly skilled Instructional Designer with hands-on experience in LearnWorlds to help transform an existing, fully developed workbook into a structured, engaging, and transformational online course.
This is not a basic content upload project. I am specifically looking for someone who understands learning experience design, emotional engagement, and transformation-based course structure.
About the Project:
I have created a comprehensive workbook called Soul Restore, based on 8 principles from Psalm 23. It integrates:
Biblical teaching
Trauma-informed healing concepts
Guided exercises and reflections
The goal is to convert this into a premium online course (8 lessons + intro module) hosted on LearnWorlds.
What I Need Help With:
Instructional Design (Primary Need)
Break workbook content into clear modules and lessons
Design transformation-focused learning flow (not just information delivery)
Identify where to place:
Video teaching
Reflection exercises
Breakthrough moments
Reinforcement loops
Course Structuring
Refine and optimize my existing 8-lesson structure
Ensure logical progression and emotional pacing
Reduce overwhelm while preserving depth
LearnWorlds Implementation
Build or guide the build inside LearnWorlds
Structure lessons, sections, and navigation
Optimize for user experience and completion
Student Experience Design
Create a clear, intuitive, and engaging journey
Help design interactions (downloads, prompts, checkpoints)
Ensure the course feels premium and easy to follow
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in instructional design for online courses
Direct experience working inside LearnWorlds
Strong understanding of learning psychology and engagement
Experience with coaching, personal development, or faith-based content (preferred but not required)
Ability to translate written content into a guided experience
