We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer and Course Architect who can transform expert knowledge into world-class learning experiences.
Role Overview
The selected candidate will work directly with Roshita Pandey and the leadership team to design professional online certification programs focused on Tarot Reading and Spell Sciences.
This is not a content-writing role alone. We are looking for someone who can architect complete learning journeys, student outcomes, certification pathways, assessments, assignments, presentations, and webinar structures.
Key Responsibilities
Course Architecture
- Design complete course structures and learning pathways.
- Create beginner, intermediate, and advanced certification frameworks.
- Define module-wise learning outcomes.
- Build student progression systems.
Curriculum Design
Develop detailed curriculum for:
Phase 1:
- Tarot Foundations Certification
- Relationship Tarot Practitioner Certification
- Spell & Candle Work Practitioner Certification
Phase 2:
- Advanced Tarot Mastery
- Advanced Spell Sciences
- Manifestation Practitioner Certification
Instructional Design
- Convert expert knowledge into structured lessons.
- Create exercises, assignments, case studies, and practical activities.
- Design assessments and certification criteria.
- Improve student engagement and completion rates.
Presentation Development
- Create premium PowerPoint presentations.
- Design professional student workbooks.
- Build downloadable resources and worksheets.
- Create facilitator guides and trainer notes.
Webinar & Workshop Design
- Design webinar structures and teaching flow.
- Create workshop activities and participant engagement systems.
- Design upsell and certification pathways from webinars to advanced programs.
