Soft Skills Center Development -- 2

Job ID: 40040640

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I am setting up a physical training center dedicated exclusively to soft-skills development and need a seasoned partner to turn the concept into a fully-operational reality. The facility will cater to both students preparing for the workforce and working professionals who want to sharpen communication, leadership, teamwork, time-management and related interpersonal abilities.

Here is what I want to achieve:

– A complete curriculum map that groups courses into beginner, intermediate and advanced tracks, each with clear learning outcomes, session durations and recommended assessment methods.
– Trainer guidelines, including lesson plans, activity ideas, slide decks and hand-outs that can be replicated by future instructors.
– An operational blueprint covering classroom layout, recommended class sizes, daily timetables, and an inventory of training aids (whiteboards, role-play props, recording devices for feedback, etc.).
– A marketing starter kit: concise program descriptions for brochures, web copy and social media blurbs aimed separately at students and at corporate HR decision-makers.
– An evaluation framework to measure improvements in participants’ soft skills pre- and post-course, with survey templates and scoring rubrics.

I welcome proven expertise in instructional design, corporate training or educational consulting. Familiarity with adult-learning principles, Bloom’s taxonomy, and tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Google Classroom or similar LMS platforms will be valuable, though the primary focus remains on an in-person training setup.

If you have built or revamped a soft-skills program before, please briefly describe your role and share one or two sample artifacts. I’m ready to move quickly once I find the right fit and look forward to your ideas on bringing this training center to life.
