Senior Activity Card Design

I’m creating a collection of activity cards that aging adults can enjoy with the help of their caregivers. Each card will double as an educational tool, guiding users through mental exercises, simple physical movements, and conversation-sparking social activities.

Here’s what I need:
• A cohesive visual style that feels friendly and dignified for older adults.
• Clear, large-print text and intuitive iconography so caregivers can pick up a card and use it immediately.
• Roughly equal coverage of three themes:
– Mental exercises (e.g., brain teasers, memory prompts)
– Physical exercises (seated stretches, light mobility drills)
– Social activities (discussion starters, group games)
• Print-ready files (PDF) plus editable source files so I can update content later.
• A short usage guide explaining how to sort or sequence the cards for varying ability levels.
