Required E-Learning Content Creator

We are looking for an E-Learning Content Creator who can turn our raw training topics into clean, visually engaging, instruction-free digital learning modules for our internal LMS.

Core Deliverables

Digital course modules (visual slides, process flows, micro-lessons, infographics)

Short training videos or animations (as needed)

Interactive quizzes/knowledge checks

Visual assets to support clarity and engagement

LMS-ready files (SCORM, HTML, or required native formats)



Learning Goals

Instruction-free modules—simple, clear, and self-paced

Visually engaging content using examples, storytelling, and intuitive flow

Accuracy and alignment with learning objectives

Strong UX: consistent layout, smooth navigation, organized structure

Compliance with internal formatting and terminology guidelines



Freelancer Responsibilities

Convert provided topics/material into structured digital learning modules

Design visually appealing content suitable for the LMS

Create quizzes/assessments for learning validation

Upload, organize, and properly format materials in the LMS

Revise content based on feedback from L&D

Maintain a consistent design and learning style across all modules



Final Outputs

LMS-ready course packages (SCORM/HTML/PDF/media)

All source files (PPT, design files, video assets, etc.)
