About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Curriculum Developer to design an innovative, application-oriented learning program introducing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts to students from Grades 1 to 5. The curriculum should be age-appropriate, engaging, and aligned with educational standards, with a strong focus on project-based learning and real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Design: Develop a comprehensive, progressive curriculum introducing AI and ML concepts in a simplified and engaging way for primary school students.
Application Integration: Incorporate real-world AI/ML applications into lessons, ensuring hands-on and exploratory learning.
Project-Based Learning: Create projects and activities that foster creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration.
Educational Standards: Ensure alignment with national/international primary education standards and best practices.
Resource Development: Create lesson plans, activity sheets, teacher guides, and digital learning materials.
Pilot & Feedback: Test curriculum in classroom settings, gather feedback, and refine accordingly.
Training & Support: Train teachers on effectively delivering AI & ML concepts to young learners.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in curriculum design for primary education.
Strong knowledge of AI & ML fundamentals and their practical applications.
Experience in integrating technology concepts into primary-level education.
Expertise in project-based learning methodologies.
Strong understanding of educational standards and child development for Grades 1–5.
Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts for young learners.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or related fields.
Experience with EdTech platforms and interactive digital learning tools.
Exposure to STEAM-based learning approaches.
