Optimize Qeema Keepers Workshop Flow

The Qeema Keepers presentation is fully drafted; what it now needs is a fresh, expert eye on its flow and structure. The session is aimed at general staff and is meant to embed our organisational values into everyday hiring decisions and people practices. Although the slides, talking points and exercises already exist, the narrative currently feels choppy and the transitions are uneven.
Your task is to reshape the material so an interactive workshop runs smoothly from start to finish. That means tightening section order, clarifying key messages, and weaving activities naturally into the learning journey so participants stay engaged and clearly grasp the intended outcomes. Visual redesign is required where needed

• Revised slide-by-slide outline showing the new sequence and timing.
Slide visual enhancement.
• Annotated comments or speaker notes highlighting improved transitions, engagement hooks and facilitation tips
• A brief rationale (1–2 pages) that explains how the restructuring strengthens flow, interaction and learning clarity
