Online Facility Management Training
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I’m putting together a comprehensive online learning programme for our management-level facility teams worldwide and am looking for a trainer-developer who can build it end-to-end. The course must go beyond theory and give my managers practical, immediately applicable skills in three core areas: maintenance management, energy management, and safety & security.
Everything will be delivered 100 % online, so you’ll need to translate classroom best-practice into engaging digital content—think bite-sized video lessons, interactive case studies, scenario-based quizzes, downloadable job aids, and a final knowledge check that can stand up to audit. SCORM compliance for our LMS is a must, and I’d like the materials to reference global standards such as ISO 41001, OSHA guidelines, and leading energy-efficiency frameworks where relevant.
Key deliverables
• Structured curriculum outline with clear learning outcomes
• Multimedia course modules (video scripts, slides, voice-over, interactive elements)
• Assessment bank with graded quizzes and a final exam
• Facilitator guide and answer keys for my internal reviewers
• SCORM-packaged files plus source formats (PowerPoint, Storyline or similar)
I’ll provide brand assets and access to a few subject-matter experts for interviews; you’ll bring the instructional design expertise, facility management know-how, and creativity to keep seasoned managers interested.
