Medical Interpreter Online Course Development

Prefer to work with agency with instruction design. We require an experienced professional with a background in medical interpreting and curriculum design to develop the remaining modules of an asynchronous, 40-hour online training course. The program must fully align with the certification standards of CCHI and NBCMI, incorporating national interpreter ethics (NCIHC, IMIA, CHIA), cultural competency, accurate U.S. healthcare system navigation, and evidence-based anatomy and medical terminology. All content must be 100% original, language-neutral, free of copyrighted material, and match the instructional tone established in our completed first module.For each remaining module, the developer will receive specific core content elements to produce dual deliverables: every single lesson must be delivered as both a professional video and a matching written text document. Each video lesson must be between 15–20 minutes in length to support micro-learning, feature clear and professional narration that strictly follows the accompanying written script, be delivered in MP4 format, and prominently display our company branding and logo. Please note that no quizzes, flashcards, or assessments are required. All produced materials are strictly confidential, subject to an iterative review and revision process until certification standards are met, and will remain our exclusive intellectual property with all editable source files transferred upon project completion.
