Lean Portfolio Management - Courseware Development

I am looking for a freelancer Instructional Designers to develop courseware centered on lean portfolio management . The target audience is advanced practitioners, so the courseware should cover topics in depth. I'd like for the courseware to be created as interactive modules, where the learner can actively engage and participate in the training. I will provide an outline to the freelancer, who will create courseware to match the provided structure and timeline. The person should have experience and exposure is ILT, vILT courseware, VBT courseware, Storyboarding, Story visualization, Self based learning program, assessment creation, creation of adult corporate learning material.
