Kinesiology Course PowerPoint & Lab Development
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I’m assembling a 90-hour Kinesiology and Biomechanics module for massage therapy students and need it translated into a complete teaching package that will take them all the way to their board exams. I already have the prescribed textbook and will share it immediately after kickoff; what I need from you is the educational design expertise.
Scope of work
• Theory: Create 12 PowerPoint lectures (roughly 18–20 slides each) that drill deep—advanced anatomy, joint mechanics, muscle actions, gait analysis, the works. Content must be aligned with the textbook yet framed to help learners recall key points under exam pressure.
• Lab: For every lecture, add hands-on practical exercises that collectively equal 30 hours. Think palpation drills, range-of-motion measurements, resistive testing and posture analysis—activities students can perform in pairs with minimal equipment. Clear step-by-step instructions, objectives and expected outcomes are essential so any instructor can run the session smoothly.
Deliverables
1. 12 editable PowerPoint decks, lecture notes included.
2. A lab manual (or individual handouts) totaling 30 hours of guided practice with timing, setup, safety cues and assessment criteria.
Acceptance will be based on: coherence with the textbook, accuracy of advanced biomechanical concepts, and the practicality of each lab exercise in a massage-therapy classroom setting. If you’ve built similar science courses or can share sample slides, let’s talk and get this course locked in.
